Ancona, March 10, 2026 – Palumbo Superyachts presents Palumbo Superyachts Atelier, the service dedicated to owners who wish to maintain, transform and enhance their yacht through highly customized solutions, developed with the same care and craftsmanship as a bespoke tailoring atelier.

Thanks to the extensive experience gained from building new superyachts between 20 and 100 metres, Palumbo Superyachts Atelier represents a true hub of excellence where each project is conceived, developed and executed on a bespoke basis, supporting the yacht throughout every phase of its lifecycle. The goal is to provide a comprehensive service capable of renewing, reinterpreting and enhancing every vessel, always respecting the yacht’s identity and the owner’s vision.

Through the Atelier, Palumbo Superyachts offers a wide range of services including full conversions, structural conversions, scheduled maintenance, technological upgrades and after-sales support. Every intervention begins with direct dialogue with the owner, captain, designer and onboard technical team, with the objective of creating a shared path in which every decision is analysed, planned and documented with maximum transparency. A technical team composed of engineers, architects, project managers and specialized workforce is dedicated to each project to guarantee the highest quality of execution and constant control over timelines and processes.

A clear example is the extensive work carried out on M/Y Five, a 46-metre Palmer & Johnson yacht, which included a complete renovation of interiors, exteriors and engineering systems, including new stabilizers, AV system, repainting of hull and superstructure and a certified hull refurbishment program. M/Y Calypso, an Azimut Grande yacht, has also recently undergone a refit at our facilities, involving a general upgrade of interiors and finishes, overhaul of onboard systems and technical equipment, improvement of onboard equipment and fittings, as well as extraordinary maintenance works to restore the yacht to excellent condition.

The Atelier service is not exclusively dedicated to yachts built under the ISA Yachts, Columbus Yachts, Extra Yachts and Mondomarine brands, but is also available to owners of yachts built by other shipyards who choose to rely on the experience and expertise of Palumbo Superyachts.

With over fifty years of experience in shipbuilding, the Ancona and Savona shipyards have developed a solid international reputation in delivering complex modernization, refit, upgrade and conversion projects, always aimed at improving yacht performance, efficiency and aesthetics.

ISA M/Y Ali Baba (ex Papi du Papi) returned to the Palumbo Superyachts shipyard where it was originally built for a complete restoration and technical upgrade program. The work also included an in-depth assessment of the yacht’s potential and the modifications requested by the owner to improve performance and future usability.

The Ancona shipyard, headquarters of Palumbo Superyachts, features large covered workshops that allow complex projects to be carried out throughout the year. Thanks to its infrastructure — including a 3,300-ton launch platform and a 560-ton travel lift — and integrated services such as mechanical works, electrical works, steel fabrication, painting and full technical support, the site is capable of accommodating and managing yachts of all sizes.

The Savona shipyard offers extensive indoor and outdoor areas and is equipped with an 820-ton travel lift. It represents a strategic hub in the heart of the Mediterranean with a strong tradition of excellence in shipbuilding.

Thanks to a flexible organizational structure and highly qualified teams, Palumbo Superyachts Atelier is also able to operate quickly on an international scale, offering technical assistance, routine and extraordinary maintenance, system and component upgrades, as well as operational support during navigation.

Choosing Palumbo Superyachts Atelier means embracing a clear philosophy: craftsmanship, enduring beauty and meticulous attention to detail. Each project becomes a unique intervention capable of enhancing the yacht as an investment and renewing the owner’s experience at sea.

With Palumbo Superyachts Atelier, a yacht is not simply maintained:

it is reinterpreted, evolved and guided toward new seasons at sea.

Rebuild. Renew. Rediscover the pleasure of the sea.
